emotional wellness. From what I would like to maintain my emotional wellness, I would like to focus on going outside and driving around. I would like to spend time driving around whether or not it’s a distance or if it’s nearby. I see myself after high school going out to see other places in the military, when I get that opportunity when I go, I want to have some time either with friends, a girlfriend, or even just by myself, I would love to put that time in to really get a whole experience of that area. This would help me get an idea of the climate, temperature, regions, and even just the smell. As I been to places like Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and New York, I began to feel in a happier state of mind because it gets me away from home where I feel stressed out. When it comes to going to a completely different place, I learned that it’s more than just being in a specific place, it’s getting to see it from what it is. With any geographical feature in a completely different place so that I may look back and smile knowing I’ve been there and done that.
environmental wellness. The environmental wellness holds a significant purpose to strengthen and clean up the growth of the environment. By taking active measures we must learn to adapt to our everyday environmental life. In this society we must open up to our surroundings and really grasp the idea of what we observe in this society. When I choose environmental wellness, I learn personally of how to open up to people and really understand about them as well of just nature. Nothing in life will last long and all of us are someday going to face death itself and when that time comes, we’ll wish we could have done more in understanding life and taking it happily rather than living in fear of what it’s become. The way that I apply environmental wellness is that I spend time outside by myself and practice how to skate. When I practice, I go on paved or flat level areas where I am away from where people walk. Areas such as alleyways and empty wide parking lots suits me best because I’m completely away from everyone. Even so, when it comes down to being in a place you’re comfortable in, it’s not always going to very comfortable. As for me, personally, were I have to sit in a boring classroom doing meaningless homework like this and where I’m not allowed to express myself and get along because other people could get offended because they want to be treated like princesses and so I have to deal with them complaining and whining like little babies because they don’t get their way because of who I am, is an example of the type of environment we choose to live in.
financial wellness. When we take a look at financial wellness we first think in our minds of the word financial. This particular word sounds like the word finance. The definition of finance could mean anything to do with money such as money management like managing revenues, transactions and conduct of money, obtaining currency, and even just supply credits. From what I learned on financial wellness is that it is financial and it is well. As we remember the significance of what it really meant is that when it comes to having money, we wonder if it truly makes us happy. The term happy could mean in any type of of context possible but as in through the heart of having, obtaining, and acquiring money. A Youtube video that describes how to maintain emotional wellness is “Would Winning the Lottery Make You Happier”? Having budgets is very important in money and in the high standards of financial wellness. How I would start it would be to begin with a well paying job that gives me an average ranging from 15 to 20 an hour per day so it would have me able to help me with monthly payments for housing, phone and auto. Addition of so much more depending on the price. I would hope to get paid at least an average of 12,000 annually as far as taxes can get through. But reflecting on this could take a lot of time to understand and take in of how I can be happy managing money and how I could get better at truly understanding responsibility s that I may actually see the purpose of life.
intellectual wellness. So put into mind the word “intellectual”. Primarily it is the intelligent or the smart way of saying that you are in a well educated state of mind were you find yourself working hard in academics and scholastic activities. There are certain ways to boost your intellectual wellness as you start practicing your study skills and your reasoning skills. My interpretation of intellectual wellness would be to simply understanding how exactly the brain works but most importantly why it functions. We see that in school, education, for children, to teenagers, to young adults, to adults and even seniors, understand and learn about something knowledgeable and helpful to aid our journey in what we call, life. What pretty much a high majority of people do (excluding myself from that majority) is read books. Books are what can fuel the human mind with such inspiring passage, words, stories or notes. Reading is how people learn more about the language they speak. In most cases they say it is what helps you comprehend the simplicity of vocabulary. Vocabulary in this regard is very important especially when it trains the body with communication and language. Aside from speaking and writing, mathematics is another important factor in the arts of intellectual wellness. As you progress in courses of mathematics and calculations, it trains the mind to see the use of problem solving. In geometry, trigonometry or algebra, you learn of the formulas and the functions of what a value represents and it is very significant.

occupational wellness. As much as i like to start off defining the type of wellness, occupational relating to the terms of having a certain job or profession, occupational wellness is about understanding and focusing on the balance work ethics and finding your place of where you fit as in a career or a very unique profession. The way I see it, Occupational wellness is an adventure because you learn to bond with peers who happen to appear in the same scenario, the same situation as you, and you learn about the structure of ranks were you have people who are the superior and people who you are responsible for. It’s all on understanding the roles of discipline, and responsibility. According to this video found on You Tube where people talk about Occupational Wellness, and how important it is when finding yourself in the right workplace. It’s how you develop knowledge and skills of how you in that job you will find yourself in. According to University of New Hampshire the benefits and the signs of achieving the Occupation of the wellness, is basically getting comfortable in your work space where you are capable of getting your tasks done and your communication skills on point. Though there are many ways of getting your work done it’s important that you stay on top of things because learning from your mistakes and improving will only help you through out your life of taking opportunities that you would never thought you take. You must stay motivated and seek inspiration in the little steps you take in achieving your goal in the career you pursue a future in.
physical wellness. Now physical wellness is a very important wellness. The term ‘physical’ basically is what signifies the condition of your mind and body where you are healthy and your mind and body is fully functional. Obesity is not an option when apprehending the thought of the wellness. Eating healthy, working out, keeping your heart rate up, and having each day consist of activities where you are constantly moving around, in my opinion one of the most significant and the most fundamental aspect that makes up the wellness regarding physical activity. According to UC Davis , in their article in relations to this topic , the best way to truly start off is with a well balance of nutrition. Nutrition along with health and exercise serves as a fuel to start your day. Also with other key factors, it’s important to practice safe sex or abstinence. Many ways of getting sick are caused by Sexually Transmitted Diseases or also known as, STDs. Moving on to sleep. Sleeping schedules are the very most important because when you sleep, your brain is refreshing itself as you rest getting your body prepared for energy to be used up. It’s important you eat the right amount of calories obtained from healthy foods before you go to bed because that is where your body is at the most of it’s still state so to speak. When you’re at malls, airports, or wherever that has escalators or elevators, take the stairs instead because why not it is fun and more energy and carbs to be burned up.
spiritual wellness. As much as I don’t like getting into the topic of religion or anything to do with spiritual beliefs, the term meaning “spiritual” comes from terms and ideology of connecting to one’s individual self or something like that I guess. So if I had a brand new car and I was to have driven a family in that car, my spirit would guide me to take my family somewhere safe in that car even if I didn’t know were I was going. What I like to consider as a spiritual wellness would be like calling an animal, your Spirit animal. My spirit animal is a leopard because they’re really cool looking. Unlike any other big cat, leopards climb trees more swiftly and use the force of gravity to attack their prey. I like to climb trees because it’s fun, but I don’t really hunt, so I guess a leopard wouldn’t suit me as a spirit animal after all, but they’re pretty cool looking. So I guess a spirit animal I would for real relate to would be a sloth because they’re slow and lazy just like me. Anyways so back to spiritual wellness, the idea to seek a purpose and an actual meaning in life is quite the concept as far as just choosing your own path to a greater success you think you may have. It’s honestly a touchy yet offensive subject for those who are strongly religious. So I’d probably say this wellness is very inappropriate and negative towards those who do not agree with the activities and guidelines of meditation to ourselves. Because sitting with your eyes closed for 5 minutes does absolutely nothing to take the pain away. We can’t take the pain away from ourselves because we’re only human and there is no way of knowing what lies ahead of us in the future.
social wellness. Ah finally the final wellness and now I can finally finish this damn project and move on with the rest of our lives. The term social doesn’t necessarily mean socialism, though that would be an idea taken to consideration, however social means that getting to feel comfortable with communicating with others and finding common ground. According to this, social wellness is about getting along with others instead of living in conflict with them. What’s very important is that when you are at school, at work, at school, or somewhere else where you are bound to encounter people of all shapes and sizes. It means that no matter where you’re from, no matter where you’re born in, no matter what skin color or what species you are, no matter what religion, no matter what political party you’re on, no matter what gender, no matter what fetish you have, no matter what sexual orientation you have, no matter if you’re a blood or a cript, if you’re from Los Angeles or New York, no matter what profession or skill you have and even talents, we are all created the same way, we all share the same planet. Even through hardships of times where there is war, tragedies, and death, there is nothing more important or stronger than love itself. Social wellness is brought by love and kindness through one another because live is really short lived and it’s better to live it if it’s for the sake of family, friends, or just someone else.
